BEARD CONTEST RULES
| * Contestant must be at least 18 years of age * No artificial hair, colors, or dyes allowed * Judge must recuse self from voting if they worked on the beard/mustache * Artificial or fake hair is not permitted * Beards/mustaches must not be inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or obscene * Beards/mustaches must not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, patent, trademarks/trade names/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity * By registering for the competition, all competitors give their permission to the organizers and to the organizers’ designees that the competitors may be photographed, videotaped, and recorded and further that the organizers and their designees may use the photographs, video tapes, and recordings the competitor for any purpose including commercial purposes * No poor sportsmanship from the entrant will be tolerated. Any poor sportsmanship at any point of the contest will be cause for elimination * All decisions of the judges and organizers are final |
