TATTOO CONTEST RULES
| 1. Contestant must be at least 18 years of age 2. Tattoo must be complete to enter 3. Judge must recuse self from voting if they worked on the tattoo 4. Tattoos must not be inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or obscene 5. Tattoo must be horror theme related 6. Tattoo must be in an area that can be safely exposed in public 7. Tattoos must not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, patent, trademarks/trade names/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity 8. By registering for the competition, all competitors give their permission to the organizers and to the organizers’ designees that the competitors may be photographed, videotaped, and recorded and further that the organizers and their designees may use the photographs, video tapes, and recordings the competitor for any purpose including commercial purposes 9. No poor sportsmanship from the entrant will be tolerated. Any poor sportsmanship at any point of the contest will be cause for elimination 10. All decisions of the judges and organizers are final |
| Sign-ups for the Tattoo Contest will be taken on the day of the contest. Dark Dagger Tattoo has graciously donated a $300 gift certificate for the winner of each category! |
